- Baby Blue fully lined Lycra bodice.
- Fully lined ivory lycra panties.
- 8 layer hooped ivory net skirt. 6 layers of quality Italian net and 2 of stiff australian net for durability.
- A sprung steel hoop enclosed safely in a casing in layer 4.
- Embellished with ivory lace, and delicate 3D flowers. 
- Hundreds of stones in AB and clear crystal (Silver) This tutu also has large sparkly resin stones.
- Invisible elastic straps (these can be dyed to match any skin tone on request).
- A matching handmade crystal tiara worth £30
- Off the shoulder sleeves can be made at a charge of £12 of required

As a guide, it is on my mannequin at Chest 24, Waist 22, Hip 26, Girth 46.5 and it is a nice fit but has plenty of stretch left for growth.
