Delivery/Shipping

Tutus will be sent with Parcelforce - this is either a 24hr service (for child size tutus) or a 48hr service for larger tutus. Tutus will be posted Monday to Thursday only. 
Tiaras, bun rings and smaller costumes will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class.

International orders - I am currently in the process of sourcing a reliable courier, so the option for international shipping is not available yet on my website. However this can be arranged via email at needleenpointe@hotmail.com

Please note there may be import duties and taxes payable by the customer on international purchases. The amount due is calculated by your home country and will be notified to you by the chosen courier. These charges are not under our control.

Returns 

Returns of ready to wear items due incorrect sizing will not be accepted. Please check all measurements prior to purchasing. Returns for faulty items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. They must be unworn with tag attached and in a clean and re-saleable condition.  Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Returns must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan or pet hairs and must be in their original condition.

We do not cover postage for returns unfortunately, but will be happy to give you guidance on how to send them. We cannot refund items lost in return transit, so please make sure they are insured.
