- Fully lined Duck Egg Blue/Light Teal stretch velvet bodice.
- Fully lined ivory matte lycra panties
- 9 layer Ivory Tutu skirt made with a combination of quality Italian Net and Stiff Australian net for support and durability.
- The top 3 layers are hand ombre dyed. 
- A supporting sprung steel hoop enclosed safely in a casing on layer 4
- A subtle but shimmery ivory and silver glitter tulle plate
- Invisible elastic straps, machine stitched at the front
- Embellished with beautiful light teal 3D floral lace, and hundreds of stones in AB, Aqua and White Opal, and large super sparkly resin stones.
- Comes with a matching hair acccessory.

Skirt length 15 inches (this can be shortened to 14 if required)
As a guide, it is on my mannequin at Chest 37 Waist 30 Hip 38 and G60 and it is a good fit.
